Adnan Bali, General Manager of Isbank is Leaving from His Position Isbank General Manager Adnan Bali is leaving from his position. Adnan Bali gave the news in a press release held today. İşbank General Manager Adnan Bali announced at the press conference held today that he will leave his post in March. İşbank's 16th General Manager Adnan Bali said, “I will leave my position as General Manager at the general assembly to be held at the end of March. If deemed appropriate, I will continue in the board of directors.” Reminding the 35-year rule of İşbank, Adnan Bali said:

“The 35-year rule worked, it is not surprising that I would leave the post. I would have considered leaving even if there was no such rule.”

Bali also informed that the name recommended for the post of General Manager is Deputy General Manager Hakan Aran.   Who is Hakan Aran? Born in Antakya in 1968, Hakan Aran graduated from the Middle East Technical University Computer Engineering Department in 1990. Between 2000-2001, he completed his MBA program at Başkent University Institute of Social Sciences. Currently doing his PhD in Banking at Istanbul Commerce University, Aran is married and has three children. Starting to work as a Software Specialist at İşbank in 1990, Aran became the Software Development Department Manager in 2005 and was appointed Assistant General Manager in 2008. Being responsible for operations, Digital Banking and technology, Aran took part in important transformation programs of the Bank, served as Chairman of İşbank Russia Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of Anadolu Sigorta Board of Directors, Board Member of Türk Telekom, currently Chairman of the Board of SoftTech, LiveWell, GullsEye companies, He is a member of the Board of Directors of Munzam Sandık Foundation and is the Assistant General Manager responsible for technology at İşbank.
