Amazon shook hands for the first time to buy a Turkish company. The Turkish company bought by Amazon is Datarow, based in Istanbul. The completion of the sale was announced on Datarow's website and social media accounts.

According to the news of Kerim Ülker from Dünya newspaper, Datarow was founded by Turkish entrepreneurs for software and storage purposes. The partners and founders of the company, the foundation of which was laid in 2017, are Can Abacıgil and Eren Baydemir.
