Asian Stock Markets were Mostly Positive Asian stock markets remained mostly positive after US President Donald Trump, who was treated for coronavirus, was discharged. Asian stock markets have been on the rise with the optimism about the health of the news about US President Donald Trump's discharge in Tuesday's trading and the hopes that lawmakers are approaching a compromise for incentives. Stocks tended to slightly appreciate in Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. Australian stocks were mixed following the budget announcements and the Central Bank's decision. The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) left the rate unchanged at 0.25 percent.   Index Summaries - Japan's Topix Index gained 0.3 percent. - The South Korean Kospi Index rose 0.5 percent. - Australia's S & P / ASX 200 Index fell 0.2 percent. - The Hang Seng Index increased 0.8 percent.
