Authorization to foreign institutions from TVF. Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF) gave authorization to the foreign institutions to conduct talks on US dollar denominated bond issuance.
In order to place the dollar-denominated bonds issued by investors Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF) decided to meet and authorize foreign institutions.
TVF's dollar-denominated bond issue is expected to be with a 5-year term.
Foreign institutions authorized by the Wealth Fund are listed as follows; BofA Securities, Citi, HSBC, ICBC, IMI - Intesa Sanpaolo, J.P. Morgan, SMBC Nikko and Societe Generale.
