BIST 100 Index Started Friday With A Fall
BIST 100 index started Friday with a fall on September 24. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul lost 0.46 percent and started the day with 1,394.95 points.
At the beginning of the day, the
BIST 100 index, which decreased by 6.51 points and 0.46 percent compared to the previous close, fell to 1,394.95 points.
While the banking index gained 0.60 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.49 percent. Among the sector indices, financial leasing was the factoring with 0.26%, while the most decline was recorded on trade with 0.63 percent.
Yesterday, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul followed a sales-weighted course and closed the day at 1,401.46 points with a decrease of 0.43 percent.
Analysts reported that the global markets were mixed with the ongoing uncertainties regarding the debt payments of the Chinese real estate giant Evergrande and the rise in the US 10-year bond yield.
Analysts stated that today, US Federal Reserve (FED) Chairman Jerome Powell and some FED members will look for clues about monetary policy in their statements. and reminded that there are new housing sales in the USA.
In technical terms, it was stated that the levels of 1.390 and 1.370 are in a support position and the level of 1.420 stands out as the resistance for the
BIST 100 index.
