BIST 100 Index Started Tuesday With A Rise

BIST 100 index started Tuesday with a rise. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul increased by 0.10 percent and opened the day with 1,358.27 points.

At the beginning of the day, the BIST 100 index, which gained 1.31 points and 0.10 percent compared to the previous close, rose to 1,358.27 points. While the banking index gained 0.23 percent at the opening, the holding index gained 0.20 percent. Among the sector indices, securities investment partnerships gained the most with 0.84 percent, while the most decline was recorded on tourism with 1.29 percent. BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul, which acted with sellers yesterday, lost value by 1.55 percent and ended the day with 1,356.96 points. Analysts stated that the inflation data to be announced in the USA today will be decisive on the direction of the markets. In technical terms, analysts stated that the levels of 1.350 and 1.320 are in the position of support and the level of 1.400 stands out as resistance for the BIST 100 index.
