Bitcoin Could Gain Much More Value
Ray Dalio, founder and chairman of the Bridgewater company, said, "Bitcoin could gain much more value."
Recently, Bridgewater founder
Ray Dalio made comments to Bloomberg TV from the American media, said, “I have invested in Bitcoin. Cash is still garbage.”
Stating that there will be no Lehman Brothers incident from the Evergrande crisis and that this situation is 'manageable',
Dalio spoke positively about Bitcoin again and stated that if the largest cryptocurrency is successful, it will exceed its current value.
The comments of the dollar billionaire businessman who answered Tom Keene's questions on the "Bloomberg Surveillance" program were as follows:
"If successful, Bitcoin will reach much greater value"
Bitcoin has no real value right now. It has a value attributed to it. If successful, it will reach much more than its present value.
"Evergrande crisis is manageable"
The Lehman Brothers incident was a pervasive crisis. There was structural damage. It could not be fixed until the Fed and Treasury stepped in. However, this crisis is not the type to shake the system. There's a $300 billion debt, and that's a manageable amount. If the debt resulting from the crisis will be paid in the country's own currency, there will be no problem here. This is the basis of the economy. Investors always suffer in such cases, but the rule of thumb is always and in every country. This is how the system works and this is how problems are resolved.
China is a strategic playground. You don't go in and out of investing right away. It is not very wise to sell or buy at such breaking moments. When you consider the war in technology, it is very important to diversify the investment portfolio.
