British Finance Minister Announced the New Spending Plan
British Finance Minister announced the new spending plan. In a statement by Rishi Altar, he stated that they do not intend to return to austerity policy.
Speaking to Sky News on Sunday, Minister of Finance Rishi Sunak said that instead of returning to austerity policy, an annual spending plan to be announced Wednesday will go for a “significant” fundraising for public services.
Sunak said, "Next week you will not see a policy of austerity." He added, "What you will see will be a significant increase in government spending covering daily public services."
