CBRT Gross Foreign Exchange Reserves Decreased by 2.1 Billion Dollars CBRT gross foreign exchange reserves decreased by 2.1 billion dollars. Total reserves decreased to $ 86.32 billion in the last week. CBRT (Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey) weekly money and banking statistics report by September 18 ending process of domestic residents' foreign currency deposits in the week showed a decrease of 540 million dollars and fell to 218.677 billion from 218.132 billion. Real person deposits, which were $ 135.483 billion in the trading week of September 11, rose to 135.774 billion in the trading week of September 18; The deposits of legal persons decreased from 83.193 billion dollars to 82.358 billion dollars. The securities sold by foreign investors in the week of September 28 were net 131 million dollars. Foreign investor outflow, which sold net $ 20 million in the trading week of September 4 and net $ 62 million in the trading week of September 11, rose in the last week, and the outflow of foreign investors in the last week has increased continuously since the beginning of the year.   The change in reserves are as follows: - Gross reserves, which increased to $ 45.28 billion in the trading week of September 11, dropped $ 2.1 billion in the last week to $ 43.2 billion. -  Total reserves, which reached $ 88.19 billion the previous week, fell to $ 86.32 billion in the last week. - Net international reserves, which fell to $ 18.57 billion in the week of September 4, increased to $ 20.03 billion in the week of September 11; then it went down to $ 18.83 billion in the last week. - Gold reserves, which fell to $ 42.70 billion in the trading week of September 4 and increased to $ 42.91 billion in the week of September 11, reached $ 43.16 billion in the last week.
