Minister Liu stated that the Chinese Development Bank, which has the status of commercial creditor, therefore not included in the G20's postponement program, also voluntarily postponed the bank’s debt of $ 748 million.
The Debt Cycle Postponement Program (DSSI), led by the G20 countries, aimed to postpone their debts so that 73 countries whose economies were damaged by the impact of the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic could allocate their resources to efforts to combat the pandemic.
