On Wednesday, in the statement made by the Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Group Co., it was stated that the German vaccine manufacturer will provide at least 100 million doses of vaccine to China by the end of 2021. In the news published by Bloomberg, the experimental vaccines produced by local pharmaceutical companies which includes state-sponsored China National Biontec Group Co. and Sinovac Biontech Ltd., are about to be approved by Chinese drug regulators with the expectation of mass production of 1.6 billion doses throughout 2021.
