Coronavirus In Turkey: 164 Casualties!

The Ministry of Health announced the current coronavirus data for Friday, May 28. The latest data was shared on "covid19.saglik.gov.tr" According to the announced data, 220 thousand 169 tests were carried out today. A total of 7 thousand 773 new coronavirus cases were detected, 656 people showed symptoms.

164 People Died

According to the announced data, 164 people died in the last 24 hours due to the coronavirus, accordingly, the total loss of life increased to 47 thousand 134. Today, with the addition of 12 thousand 284 recovered people whose treatment/quarantine ended, the total number of patients recovered rose to 5 million 83 thousand 99. It was reported that the rate of pneumonia in total patients was 3.1 percent, and the total number of severe patients was 1,454. In Turkey, the bed occupancy rate was 49.1 percent, the adult intensive care occupancy rate was 61.9 percent and the ventilator occupancy rate was 29.9 percent.
