Despite Musk’s Criticism, Tom Lee Raised His BTC Forecast
Despite Musk's criticism, Tom Lee raised his BTC forecast. Tom Lee announced his Bitcoin (BTC) price prediction.
Despite the recent criticism of Bitcoin by
Elon Musk, Tom Lee, Managing Partner and Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, raised the Bitcoin price target from $ 100,000 to $ 125,000. Elon Musk announced that he suspended Bitcoin payments for Tesla cars due to environmental concerns.
In an interview, Lee stated that Musk's latest comment on Bitcoin could be the result of pressure from investors. Stating that
Musk's recent comeback will not have much of an impact on the Bitcoin bulls and that the best cryptocurrency will continue to rise, Lee raised his price target by $ 25,000 to prove his idea.
Lee made the following statements:
"I don't think it will negatively impact people on Bitcoin, but it will allow people to focus on the problems created by digital assets. It's probably better to see this as more efficient ways to focus the Bitcoin industry on renewable energies rather than PoS or PoW."
On May 12, after Musk announced Tesla's decision to stop accepting Bitcoin payment, the price of Bitcoin fell about 15 percent.
