Elon Musk Criticized the Chip Industry
Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla, criticized the chip industry. As is known, the chip industry is in a prolonged crisis.
The long-standing global chip supply crisis has been criticized by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Elon Musk, CEO and founder of electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, criticized the industry in his response to Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Investment Management, on Twitter.
Musk said, "...we operate in a time of great difficulty in the supply of standard automotive chips. Renesas & Bosch have so far been the most problematic."
This is not the first time
Elon Musk spoke against Japanese Renesas Electronics and German Robert Bosch. Ford said the burning of a Renesans chip factory in Tokyo posed a risk to its production plans this year.
In January, an official told Reuters that Volkswagen was in talks with suppliers, including Bosch.
