Samsung And Tesla Talked About The Crisis
According to the news of the South Korean newspaper, Tesla is in talks with Samsung to produce the chips for the next generation driverless vehicles based on the 7 nanometer chip production process.
Since the beginning of the year,
Tesla and Samsung have repeatedly discussed the chip design for Tesla's upcoming Hardware 4 driverless computer, the Korea Economic Daily reported, citing sources with direct knowledge of the matter.
The time taken to fulfill the orders of companies that have problems in supplying chips increased to 21 weeks in August. This shows that this shortage is worsening, which is creating problems in automobile production and holding back growth in the electronics industry.
