Elon Musk Is Looking Positively To Bitcoin Once Again
Elon Musk is looking positively to Bitcoin once again. Musk may accept Bitcoin as a repayment method.
Elon Musk, CEO of US electric vehicle manufacturer Tesla, announced that the company will "probably" restart accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment.
Elon Musk, at a conference he attended, talked about the BTC investments of Tesla and SpaceX, as well as his own investments in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin.
Stating that there is more transition to renewable energy sources in Bitcoin mining, Elon Musk reminded that a group of coal power plants, especially in China, were closed.
Musk made the following statements:
“I would like to take a little extra care to confirm that the percentage of renewable energy use is most likely 50 percent or higher, and that there is a trend towards increasing it. If so, Tesla will likely continue to accept Bitcoin once again.”
In a post on Twitter in May,
Elon Musk reported that Tesla had suspended the use of Bitcoin in vehicle sales, citing environmental concerns.
