According to the CMB weekly bulletin, the board approved the public offerings of Investco Holding at 24 liras per share, Koleksiyon Furniture at 1.45 liras, and Hitit Bilgisayar at a price range of 11.50 to 12.50 liras per share. The Board approved Meditera Medical Materials Industry and Trade Inc.'s 85 million lira bonus capital increase application, Oyak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.'s 2.5 billion lira debt instrument application, and Arçelik A.Ş.'s 1 billion dollar debt instrument application. CMB decided to approve the request for approval of the issuance document regarding the shares that will be issued and all of which will be sold as allocated to the Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF) due to the increase in the capital of VakıfBank and Halkbank by a nominal amount of 13 billion, 400 million liras. As a result of the transactions made for the customer to whom individual portfolio management services are provided, Aura Portfolio Management and Strategy Portfolio Management decided to impose an administrative fine of 691,678 TL in total for causing a situation that does not comply with the principles of distribution to domestic individual investors in the public offering of its shares. The Board also decided to impose an administrative fine of 51,236 liras on Zeren Group Real Estate Investment. According to the first paragraph of the 2nd Principles Regarding Fund Titles of the Guidelines on Mutual Funds, CMB, "(TL)" is included in the title of mutual funds that do not have assets in foreign currency, gold, and other precious metals or capital market instruments based on them in their portfolio. It was decided to add the provision and to direct the application in this way for exchange-traded funds and real estate investment funds. It has been decided to take legal action in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 99 of the CMB in order to prevent access to 55 websites that are determined to have leveraged transactions abroad for people residing in Turkey.
