According to the research; Job postings with terms like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies increased 395% in the US between 2020 and 2021. So much so that job postings related to the crypto sector surpassed the technology sector, which increased by 98 percent between the same dates.

Besides, job postings were mostly opened for software and finance fields. Blockchain developers and engineers were among the most common job titles.

Finally, LinkedIn also announced the regions with the most job postings. According to the data obtained; The San Francisco area ranked first, while Austin, Texas, New York City, Miami-Fort Lauderdale, and Denver were the areas with the most crypto job postings in 2021.
