More Countries Will Buy Bitcoin According to Fidelity

According to Fidelity, more countries will buy Bitcoin this year, following the path of El Salvador.

Digital asset manager Fidelity shared its predictions for 2022. According to the company, more countries may opt to buy BTC this year. If we recall, one of the most important events of 2021 was El Salvador’s legal acceptance of BTC.

According to Fidelity’s 2021 summary, significant strides were made in the adoption of cryptocurrencies last year. This is considered as a sign that more countries will follow El Salvador.

Fidelity noted the following about its expectations for 2022:

“If Bitcoin adoption increases, countries that secure some Bitcoin today will be competitively better off than their peers. So even if other countries don’t believe in Bitcoin, they will have to buy it as a form of insurance.”

It is thought that Bitcoin will be traded at much higher prices in the future. That’s why Fidelity now takes the view that it would be more profitable to buy Bitcoin.
