Putin Commented on Biden
Putin commented on Biden. Putin said Biden is more predictable than Donald Trump.
Underlining that the relations between the US and Russia are at their lowest level in history, Russian President Vladimir Putin made positive comments about him before his first face-to-face meeting with
US President Joe Biden.
Attending NBC News broadcast in Moscow, Putin said that despite the tension with the US due to cyber attacks and mutual statements, it may be possible to work with Biden because Biden is more predictable than previous president Donald Trump.
Putin said, "Biden is a different person, there are some advantages and disadvantages, but I hope there will be no provocative actions on behalf of the US President."
On the subject of Trump, Putin said that he is "extraordinary and talented." Putin said, however, that he should not be the President of the United States. For Biden,
Putin said, "He is a career man, someone who has spent his entire adult life in politics."
The two leaders will meet on June 16 in Geneva, Switzerland, after the G-7 summit. The meeting is expected to be tense due to hot topics such as cyber attacks, Ukraine and the Kremlin's attitude towards the dissidents.
