US markets fell at the close; Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 0.46%

US equity markets fell after the close on Thursday, with shares in the Technology, Telecommunications and Financials sectors falling.

By the close of the NYSE exchange, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.46%, while the S&P 500 index fell 1.06%, and the NASDAQ Composite index lost 1.73%. Trading below the Dow Jones Industrial Average, Boeing Co (NYSE:BA), the best performer of the session, is up 6.28% or 9.25 points at 156.66. Meanwhile, Caterpillar Inc (NYSE:CAT) is trading at 219.15, up 2.15% or 4.61 points, while Honeywell International Inc (NASDAQ:HON) is trading at 204.39, up 1.96% or 3.92 points. Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL), the worst performer of the session, closed at 138.88, down 4.24% or 6.15 points. Visa Inc Class A (NYSE:V) is trading at 194.72, down 3.10% or 6.23 points, while American Express Company (NYSE:AXP) is trading at 139.28, down 2.94% or 4.22 points. Etsy Inc (NASDAQ:ETSY), the best performer traded under the S&P 500, is trading at 100.03, up 14.27%, while Under Armour Inc A (NYSE:UAA) is trading at 7.95, up 11.90%. Under Armour Inc C (NYSE:UA) closed at 6.91, up 10.48%. Lincoln National Corporation (NYSE:LNC), the worst performer, is trading at 34.83, down 33.15%. Fidelity National Information Services Inc (NYSE:FIS) fell 28.05% to trade at 57.17 while Lumen Technologies Inc (NYSE:LUMN) lost 18.01% to close at 5.78. Huadi International Group Co Ltd (NASDAQ:HUDI), the best performer traded under the NASDAQ Composite, is trading at 105.72, up 242.80%, while Acutus Medical Inc (NASDAQ:AFIB) is trading at 0.98, up 39.71%. Nerdwallet Inc (NASDAQ:NRDS) closed at 13.63, up 37.40%. Surgalign Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:SRGA), the worst performer, is trading at 2.00, down 34.43%. Neurobo Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:NRBO) fell 33.29% to trade at 4.67 while Biosig Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:BSGM) lost 32.26% to close at 0.32. The number of stocks that lost value on the New York Stock Exchange was 1810, while those that gained value were 1294. In addition, 106 stocks remained flat 2128 shares traded under the NASDAQ Exchange fell and 1634 shares rose. Meanwhile, 164 shares remained stable.
