Commentary from the USA: "Vladimir Putin may resort to nuclear attacks"

According to the statements of the United States Department of Defense Intelligence Agency, it was stated that if the war between Russia and Ukraine does not end, Russian President Vladimir Putin may resort to nuclear attacks.

The United States has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin may resort to nuclear threats if the war with Ukraine does not end. According to Bloomberg, in the new statement of the Pentagon's Defense Intelligence Agency, it was mentioned that Russian President Putin may make nuclear threats against the West if Ukraine's defense resistance continues and it has difficulties in terms of troops and equipment.

Defense Intelligence Agency Director Scott Berrier stated that the prolonged occupation of certain parts of Ukraine has reduced Russia's military strength and modernized military equipment, while economic sanctions may drag Russia into a protracted economic depression and diplomatic isolation.

Berrier mentioned that this war will gradually weaken Russia after a while, and that Russia may resort to nuclear power in order to send a message to the West and to show its power to domestic and foreign public opinion.
