Export Move in Agricultural Products by Vladimir Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin, after phone calls with French President Macron and German Chancellor Scholz, stated that Russia is ready to continue the dialogue with Ukraine. Russian President Putin also noted that if the sanctions are reduced, they can increase their exports of fertilizers and agricultural products.
Vladimir Putin, in his meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, stated that Russia is ready for unhindered grain exports, including the export of Ukrainian grain at the Black Sea ports, but that the sanctions against Russia must first be lifted in order to achieve this.
In the statement made by the Kremlin Palace, Vladimir Putin made deep explanations about the current aspects of the situation in Ukraine in his phone conversation with Macron and Scholz.
While providing information on the latest developments regarding the "special military operation" in Ukraine, Putin underlined that Russia is open to the resumption of negotiations, which were interrupted "due to Kiev's fault". Pointing out that the West's continued arms shipment to Ukraine is dangerous, Putin said that in this context, the situation will become more unstable and the humanitarian crisis will intensify.
Putin,
"Russia, for its part, is ready to help find options for unhindered grain exports, including the export of Ukrainian grain from Black Sea ports. The increase in the supply of Russian fertilizers and agricultural products will also help reduce tensions in the global food market, which, of course, will require the lifting of relevant sanctions."
