First Edit Of Wikipedia Will Be Sold As NFT
The first edit of Wikipedia will be sold as NFT. Jimmy Wales offered the first version of the site for sale as NFT.

Jimmy Wales, co-founder of Wikipedia. He put the first version of the site on sale as NFT. Wales is also auctioning off the old iMac he used to set up the site. Bids can be submitted in the auction titled "The Birth of Wikipedia" until December 15th.
Proceeds Will Be Donated
Jimmy Wales says the NFT was the initial appearance of Wikipedia, which was founded in 2001, which now has more than 6.4 billion articles. NFT will have a starting price of $100 but is expected to reach a million dollars.
Five minutes later, when
NFT will show the site its initial state and the ultimate owner will be allowed to make their own edits to the page, the changes will say "Hello, World!" It was stated that it would return to its original state.
Proceeds from the sales will go to charities and WT.Social, the social platform Wales founded in 2019.
