First Export Train Reached Kazakhstan
First outgoing export train to China reached Kazakhstan. A train coming from Turkey, has reached
Aktau port located in Kazakhstan.
The first export train departing from Istanbul on December 4, arrived at Aktau Port of Kazakhstan via the Caspian Sea with the cargo ship "Beket Ata" on December 12 .
The train will travel 3,200 kilometers to cross Kazakhstan. The journey will end in the Chinese city of Shian, after the borders of 2 continents, 2 seas and 5 countries.
The train departing from Istanbul reached Kocaeli on December 6. Leaving Kocaeli at 10:30 am, the first export
train will take the path on Georgia-Azerbaijan-Caspian Sea-Kazakhstan to reach China’s Xi’an.
The train will travel 8 thousand 693 kilometers in total.
