Foreign fund sold Suwen shares

PDP notification was made for the shares whose shareholding structure changed.

In accordance with Article 12-(4) of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Events Serial: II, No 15.1, it was announced that the shareholding structure of Orçay Ortaköy Çay Sanayi (#ORCAY), Suwen Tekstil Sanayi (#SUWEN) and Verusaturk Girişim (#VERTU) has changed. The announcement made pursuant to Article 12-(4) of the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) Communiqué on Material Events is as follows: NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL

• These disclosed ratios are calculated within the framework of the shareholding information recorded in the Central Dematerialized System by the Central Registry Agency (CRA) members. CRA makes no commitment, express or implied, to vouch for or guarantee the accuracy and completeness of this information.
• The users of this published information expressly agree that no matter who uses this information, if any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arises as a result of the use of this information, this does not impose any debt, liability or obligation on CRA.
• In the calculation of the ratios, purchases and sales that have not yet been settled are not taken into account,
• CRA cannot make disclosures regarding the shares of a company whose shares are not all monitored by CRA.
• The Company is in the process of capital increase. During capital increase processes, the share capital and shareholder shares are updated according to the amount of exercise of pre-emptive rights or transfers made to investor accounts regarding the capital increase through bonus issues. In this process, changes in the share ratio of the shareholders may arise not from the purchase/sale of shares, but from reasons such as differences in the timing of the exercise of pre-emptive rights of the shareholders, transfer of open/closed shares representing the increased capital to investor accounts at different times.
