JPMorgan. In the published report, it was pointed out that gold rose significantly when it started rally and we may be at the beginning of the gold rally.
JPMorgan, an American investment bank and financial services company, published a 2021 market outlook report. According to the report, we could be at the very beginning of gold's extraordinary rise.
Stating that in the 1970s, with the removal of standards on gold, there was a long-turning rally in gold prices, but then the price of the precious metal remained flat for about 20 years, and drew attention to the acceleration of prices again between 2000 and 2012.
JPMorgan later noted that gold remained flat with a weak performance and that it is now beginning to rise.
The bank also pointed out that both political parties in the US have no intention of reducing their budget deficits, and said modern monetary policy advocates have raised these concerns.
Finally, the statement made by the bank included the following, “If you believe that we are at the beginning of the gold rally, you need to be prepared. It may take generations to reverse the investment made in gold at the wrong time.”
