Gryphon Purchased A Record Number Of Devices From Bitmain!

Gryphon has purchased a record number of devices from Bitmain. The company bought 7,200 mining machines worth $48 million.

Bitcoin mining company Gryphon Digital Mining has announced that it has signed an agreement to purchase 7,200 Antminer S19J Pro mining machines from Bitmain Technologies for $48 million. It was stated that the agreement regarding the purchase of S19J Pro mining devices will represent an important step in Gryphon Digital Mining's strategic initiative to increase the Bitcoin hash rate while maintaining a zero carbon footprint. As it is known, the S19J Pro is Bitmain's latest mining device that is targeted to launch this summer. This new model is said to have a maximum hash rate of 100 TH/s, with an industry-leading energy efficiency rate of 29.5 J/TH and a life cycle of over five years. Gryphon Mining states that Bitmain plans to deliver 600 devices monthly, with the first delivery starting next month. In the statement made by the company, it was stated that this new agreement will bring them a significant total hash rate and that the company's high efficiency device fleet will be part of the cryptocurrency mining that works with 100% renewable energy source. Commenting on the new agreement, Bitmain NCSA Region Antminer Sales Director Irene Gao said: “We are delighted to present to Gryphon Bitmain's latest new generation Antminer S19j Pro. We look forward to seeing Gryphon's zero carbon footprint demonstrations and its long-term efforts to get involved in the digital currency mining industry.”
