Highway and Bridge Tolls Have Been Increased
Highway and bridge tolls have been increased. Highway and bridge tolls have increased by about 25 percent.
As 2021 came, it brought increased prices with it. Prices vary according to vehicle classes, while the increase rate was approximately 25 percent on average. The citizen reacted harshly to the increased rate.
Passage fees were increased by 26 percent on July 15 Martyrs Bridge and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, which is the busiest bridge of Istanbul and belongs to the
General Directorate of Highways.
The passage of an automobile on the mentioned bridges has been increased from 10.50 TL to 13.25 TL. The fees were increased from 13.50 TL to 17 TL for minibuses, from 29.5 TL to 37 TL for buses, and from 4.25 TL to 5.25 TL for motorcycles.
Automobile Passage on Osmangazi Bridge 147.5 TL
There was a 25.1 percent increase in tolls on the Osmangazi Bridge.
The toll for cars on the Osmangazi Bridge has been increased from 117.90 TL to 147.50 TL. Prices are increased from 188.65 TL to 236 TL for minibuses, from 224 TL to 280 TL for buses, from 297.10 TL to 371.50 TL for trucks, from 374.90 TL to 468 TL for trucks, 50 TL, and for motorcycles from 82.55 TL to 103 TL.
Automobile Passage on Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge
On the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, the third bridge in Istanbul, the toll for an
automobile was increased by 25.5 percent from 21.90 TL to 27.50 TL.
The price in question is increased from 29.10 TL to 36.50 TL for minibuses, from 54.10 TL to 67.50 TL for buses, from 137.30 TL to 171.50 TL for trucks, for trucks. It was increased from 170.80 TL to 213.50 TL and from 15.35 TL to 19.90 TL for motorcycles.
