Intel Shareholders Refuse to Schedule Manager Compensation!
According to the regulatory file released Wednesday, shareholders of chip maker Intel Corp (NASDAQ: INTC) did not approve the Administrative Compensation plan for its officers on the list.
The non-binding and advisory decision was taken at the company's annual shareholders meeting on May 13th.
Commenting on the matter, Intel said: "There is a longstanding commitment to pay for performance. This commitment holds senior executives accountable for business results. It also encourages them to consistently create strong corporate performance and shareholder value. The board places great emphasis on engaging in meaningful dialogue with our investors throughout the year to receive feedback on key issues affecting Intel. ”

Returning to Intel as CEO this year, Patrick Gelsinger made a statement in March and stated that they wanted to expand their advanced chip manufacturing capacity. Therefore, Gelsinger stated that they will establish two factories in Arizona and open the factories to foreign customers and announced that they are planning to spend 20 billion dollars for this business.
