Comedian, writer and actor Danish Sait and influencer Sharan Hegde recently announced the NFT on Instagram Live. KFC and Blink Digital worked together to develop the KFC BuckETH NFT and platform on the Ehtereum Blockchain hosted by OpenSea. The work pays 'homage to India's unique melting pot culture'. It is designed to celebrate the fast food chain's 600 workplaces in India. The company released a statement about the initiative. The statement said, 'Bucket has become iconic for KFC as a signature flavor of our chicken. The bucket is a testament to the brand's heritage. It is also an integral part of many celebratory moments for our customers. It is our first NFT selected from live designs by new artists. With KFC BuckETH, we are excited to use the Bucket in a new way in the new age digital world. KFC BuckETH will also give KFC fans the opportunity to connect with the brand in the most unique way ever. To participate in the NFT contest, one needs to visit the stories of KFC India's official Instagram account. You will also need a screenshot of the 'Ultimate Chicken Lover Checklist'. Then, the checklist needs to be customized with GIFs, photos or text. You also need to share an Instagram story by tagging KFC. The winner will receive a year's supply of KFC from the restaurant chain and ownership of KFC BuckETH NFT. The restaurant has announced that only one lucky person will win.
