Minister Bilgin Made A Statement Regarding The New Minimum Wage
Minister Bilgin made a statement regarding the new minimum wage. Bilgin said that they are working on not collecting taxes from the minimum wage.
Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, made statements about the minimum wage, EYT and 3600 additional indicators that concern millions of people.
Answering the questions of journalists after the cabinet meeting, Minister Bilgin evaluated the opposition's demand that the minimum wage should not be taxed. Referring to the minimum wage tax issue, Minister
Bilgin said, "We have a study on this subject. We are examining alternative tax models. For some, legal regulation, for others, the President's decision is sufficient."
Stating that they have a goal regarding the minimum wage, Bilgin said that the survey work that he mentioned before will be in their hands before December and that the expectations of the public will be announced as a result of the survey.
