Minister Koca announced that 2.8 million vaccine has arrived in Turkey. BioNTech vaccine has arrived.
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca reported that the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine will likely begin in the next few days. Minister Koca announced that 2.8 million doses of BioNTech vaccine came to Turkey.
Minister Koca said, "Mutation is increasing day by day. The rate of mutation in Turkey has now reached 75 percent. Since the mutant is increasing, it is predominantly a British variant and its contagiousness is high, during this period, we are we need to stay away."
Koca noted the following:
"The BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine will probably be used in the next few days. Preparations for logistics are complete. The dose of the BioNTech-Pfizer vaccine is 2.8 million at the moment. It will be completed to 4.5 million in 10 days in a week."
Tarawihs Will Not Be Closed
Minister Koca announced that tarawih prayers will not be closed. Koca said, "The tarawihs will not be closed. At this point, sensitivity will be shown, measures will continue to be taken."
Minister Koca said, "For those who do not want the BioNTech vaccine. There will be another option, Sinovac vaccine. In this sense, whatever comes next will have the right not to do so. "
