Speaking at a conference organized by the Milken Institute on Wednesday, Mnuchin noted that his talks with
Pelosi were "extensive", but emphasized that there were significant differences of opinion between the two sides. Minister Mnuchin said that the prospect of reaching an agreement on the support package before the November 3rd elections and the approval of this package is very low.
