President Güleç said that they will continue their works, which they carry out in line with the principles of efficient and effective use of public resources, with the establishment of competition and transparency in tenders, with innovations such as e-complaints, e-guarantees and e-certificates. Explaining that their goal is to make public procurements fully manageable and traceable in an electronic environment with smart applications that will facilitate the access and transactions of people to tenders by the end of 2021, Güleç noted the following statements: '' Studies to measure the satisfaction of sector stakeholders regarding current e-procurement practices and to improve the system are also carried out regularly.
