According to data for 2019, approximately 17 billion pounds (23 billion dollars) of trade was taking place between the UK and Canada.
UK Department of International Trade said, “Trade negotiations are advanced and progressing well. The UK is committed to signing a permanent agreement with Canada before the 'transition process' ends.”
