Renault Group Announces Acquisition of Fixter

Renault Group announced the acquisition of Fixter, a digital platform that connects retail and professional customers to local garages for vehicle maintenance across all brands, taking a major initiative in digital transformation.

French vehicle manufacturer Renault Group acquired the new platform Fixter, which was established to enable users to benefit from all vehicle maintenance services without leaving their homes. Thus, the French vehicle manufacturer has taken an important step towards digital transformation in the aftermarket. In a statement made by Renault Group, Fixter, which was founded in London in 2017 by Limvirak Chea, Frederic Dermer and Cristian Vrabie, has become a reference point in the UK. It is stated that the development of Fixter is expected to continue in the UK and in France and other European countries in the coming years with the support of the Renault network in the second half of 2022.

What is Fixer?

Founded in the UK in 2017 and aiming to digitize the customer experience through a single platform, Fixter deals with online appointment scheduling, quote preparation, invoicing, home pickup and delivery to the group's partner network, and after-sales service and repair warranties. It has become a reliable company in a short time thanks to the garages that have strict standards and are regularly inspected.
