Restaurants and cafes started to apply for support. Trade Minister Pekcan announced that they started the application process.

The application process for support has begun for restaurants and cafes that suffered losses during the coronavirus epidemic. Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan made a statement on the subject on her Twitter account. Minister Pekcan used the following statements:
"We have started the application process for turnover loss support payments to be given to businesses engaged in food and beverage service activities adversely affected by the coronavirus epidemic. Our enterprises will be able to apply for turnover loss support via e-Government until March 31."
  Details were stated in the Official Gazette The communiqué on support for loss of turnover for restaurant and cafe operators who lost turnover due to the coronavirus epidemic was published in the Official Gazette. According to the details in the Official Gazette, those who have started their business in the calendar year 2019 or before and have an active duty as of 27/1/2021 operating in the field of food and beverage with a turnover of 3 million Turkish Liras or less in the calendar year 2019, and whose turnover in the calendar year 2020 has decreased by 50 percent or more, will only be able to benefit once for their core business. The turnover loss support has been determined as 3 percent of the decreasing amount of the turnover of the enterprises in the 2020 calendar year compared to the turnover in the calendar year, not less than 2 thousand Turkish Liras and not more than 40 thousand Turkish Liras will be paid at once. Value added tax declarations submitted for the taxation periods in the calendar years 2019 and 2020 as of 27/1/2021 will be taken as basis in the determination of business turnover.
