S-400 Statement from President Erdogan

S-400 statement came from President Erdogan. Erdogan stated that the second package meeting on the S-400 is ongoing. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that the second package negotiations are continuing in the Russian defense industry system S-400. Answering the questions of the press members after the Friday prayer, President Erdoğan said: “At the moment we have completed the first package in the S-400, and now the second package continues based on our previous meeting. We will have a meeting with Russia at the end of the month, however we will discuss many issues.” Pointing out that the F-35s were paid a great deal of money but were not handed over, Erdogan said, “We do not know what the Biden administration will say to this, but we cannot take our defensive steps with permission from somewhere. Biden takes much more positive steps after negotiating. We'll set them right.” Speaking about relations with the European Union, Erdogan expressed that they are in a new process with the EU. Erdogan said the following on the meeting with Greece: “The request for a meeting with Greece has been an issue that we approach positively.”
