housing sales in Turkey. According to the data announced by the
General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 70 thousand 587 houses, 8 thousand 64 workplaces, 49 thousand 578 fields and 31 thousand 813 lands were among the real estates sold throughout the country in January. According to the updated data announced, sales decreased by 23 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
In Turkey, 173 thousand 143 real estate sales were made in January 2021, and 1 billion 72 million 103 thousand 262 lira of title deed income was obtained from these sales.
According to the data shared by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 70 thousand 587 houses, 49 thousand 578 fields, 31 thousand 813 lands, 8 thousand 64 workplaces, 13 thousand 101 real estate in other categories were sold throughout the country.
In this context, 173 thousand 143 real estates changed hands in Turkey last month. Real estate sales fell 23 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
999 thousand 868 Transactions in total
A total of 1 billion 72 million 103 thousand 262 TL of title deed income was obtained from the real estates sold in the title deed in January.
In the said month, besides real estate sales, donations at the title deed, division, transfer, personal mortgage, agricultural mortgage, residential mortgage, personal mortgage abandonment, agricultural mortgage abandonment, type allocation, expropriation and other transactions, 999 thousand 868 transaction has been performed.
With the fee income obtained as a result of 999 thousand 868 transactions, the total figure was recorded as 1 billion 317 million 943 thousand 766 liras.
