His latest investment did not satisfy Visa and Mastercard. The Brazilian Nubank, the largest bank in Latin America, was listed on the New York stock exchange and reached a valuation of 41.5 billion dollars. Famous investor Warren Buffet had invested $500 million prior to listing. Afterwards, he decided to invest another 500 million dollars and thus he made a total investment of 1 billion dollars. Berkeley Hathaway has acquired a 10 percent stake as a result of this investment. Nubank's acquisition of the Easynvest initiative, which offers a Bitcoin ETF in Brazil, is cited as one of the remarkable events. This is what appealed to Warren Buffet. Moreover, he has also sold his 1.8 billion dollars Visa and 1.3 billion dollars Mastercard shares. This proves that the famous investor will give more importance to digital assets in the future.
