TESK is Waiting for All Businesses to Open
TESK is waiting for all businesses to open. Bendevi Palandöken, President of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), made a statement.
Bendevi Palandöken, President of the Confederation of Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen (TESK), made a written statement. Palandöken reminded in his statement that the lockdown period, which started at 7 pm on Thursday, April 29, will continue until 5 am on Monday, May 17.
Underlining that tradesmen and craftsmen do not tolerate a new lockdown,
TESK President Palandöken used the following statements:
"The workplaces of our tradesmen and craftsmen in the registered economy are waiting to be opened on Monday, May 17, without a new restriction. For this, the questions about the opening of the businesses should be eliminated and the working methods and conditions should be determined without wasting time. The uncertain wait makes our tradesmen uneasy. "
Pointing out the troubles that tradesmen have experienced since the beginning of the epidemic, TESK President said that businesses could not earn the income they deserve from the last 3 religious holidays and special days. Palandöken said, "Our tradesmen should not be allowed to be victimized any more. Our tradesmen, who have been closed for months and have suffered a great deal because they could not do business, should take a deep breath."
