Unemployment in the US has fallen slightly in January
The US economy added only 49,000 jobs in January.
The market forecast for non-farm payrolls rose by 50,000 in January, while the December work losses were revised down by 87,000, from a negative 140,000 to 227,000. According to the reports of the

Of the largest classes of workers, the
unemployment rate reduced during the month for adult men (6 per cent), adult women (6 per cent), Whites (5.7 per cent) and Hispanics (8.6 percent ).
According to data released by the Federal Ministry of Labor, the unemployment rate fell to 6.3 percent in January from 6.7 percent in December.
However, jobs in the leisure and hospitality sectors decreased by 61,000 in January, following a sharp decline of 536,000 in December, according to reports.
Private payrolls have rose last month, with US businesses adding 174,000 jobs in last month, a sharp rebound from the 123,000 decline in December that marked the first monthly decline since April.
The pandemic has lost almost 10 million jobs, which have not yet been restored.
