According to him, the European Council, which represents the member states of the Union, began preparations for the approval of the so-called provisional application, ie the accelerated implementation of the agreement. Although both sides have announced progress in the negotiations in recent days, Britain's statements about the chances of concluding an agreement, at least before Christmas, are significantly less optimistic.
