US Stock Markets Were Mixed At The Opening
US stock markets were mixed at the opening. Before the FED meeting, the markets were unbalanced.
The US stock markets started the day with a mixed motion before the
FED decision tonight. The S&P 500 index remained flat / high, while the Nasdaq Composite Index fell 0.2 percent. Dow Jones Industrial Index, on the other hand, decreased by 0.3 percent.
Boeing shares fell by as much as 2 percent, with the company declaring losses for the sixth consecutive year.
Alphabet's shares rose more than 4 percent, while Alphabet announced a decent profit above estimates. Microsoft shares dropped by around 2 percent in early hours trading, despite higher profit figures than analyst estimates.
The US stock markets moved sideways yesterday, the Dow Jones index increased only 3 points, while the Nasdaq index ended the day with a 0.3 percent decline due to the 4.5 percent drop in Tesla.
