Stocks traded in Borsa Istanbul increased by 2.25% on a weekly basis, the selling price of gold has increased by 8.45%, USD/TL exchange rate increased by 11.87% and Euro/TL exchange rate rose by 11.77%. BIST 100 index, after seeing the lowest point of 1,741.17 and the highest point of 1,834.51, closed the week at 1,776.41 points, increasing by 2.25 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar, rose to 721.20 TL with a gain of 8.45 percent this week, and the sales price of the Republican gold rose to 4,772.00 TL with a gain of 8.38 percent. The price of quarter gold, which was 1,076.00 TL last weekend, reached 1,166.00 TL. This week, the US dollar appreciated by 11.87 percent to 12,4450 TL, and the Euro increased by 11.77 percent to 14,0650 TL. Mutual funds gained 3.17 percent this week, while private pension funds gained 4.73 percent. Equity Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 10.73 percent.
