Stocks traded in Borsa Istanbul increased by 4.40 percent on a weekly basis, the selling price of gold depreciated by 1.57 percent, USD/TL exchange rate has increased by 0.41 %, and Euro/TL rate increased by 0.85 percent on a weekly basis. BIST 100 index, after seeing the lowest point of 2.066.23 and the highest point of 2.148.67, completed the week at 2,144.26 points, increasing by 4.40 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar, decreased by 1.57 percent to 919.35 TL this week, and the sales price of Republican gold decreased by 1.57 percent to 6,079.00 TL. The sales price of quarter gold, which was 1.490.00 TL last weekend, also fell to 1.466.00 TL. This week, the US dollar appreciated by 0.41 percent to 14.7910 TL, and the Euro increased by 0.85 percent to 16,3110 TL. Mutual funds gained 0.87 percent this week, while private pension funds gained 0.38 percent. Equity Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 4.36 percent.
