The cryptocurrency gained value in late January 2021 when people started buying it for no reason, causing altcoins to go viral. These kinds of investments can suddenly fall out of favor. It's better to invest in something you believe in in the long run than to jump into something that is experiencing sudden popularity. Because when there is an inevitable retreat, you risk losing everything.
