Xi Jinping becomes CCP General Secretary for the Third Time in China
Xi Jinping, who has been the leader of the People's Republic of China for 10 years, was once again elected as the General Secretary of the Communist Party by the Central Committee members of his party. In this way, Cinping was recorded as the first name to lead the party for a third term after Mao.
After the 20th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party, which ended yesterday, the party's top governing body, the Central Committee, which held its first meeting today, re-elected Xi Cinping as general secretary.
