President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: ''Interest will be Single Digit!''

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated in his speech at the mass opening ceremony held in Malatya that they will reduce interest rates to single digits and said, "We will save our investors and citizens from the tyranny of interest rates."

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made statements on the agenda at the mass opening ceremony in Malatya. Erdogan said, "Insha'Allah, interest rates will be reduced to single digits. We will save our investors and citizens from the tyranny of interest." Erdoğan said, "In transportation, the 104-kilometer Hekimhan road connecting Malatya to Sivas, 8 tunnels over 6 kilometers on the route. We are officially putting it into service with its 8 tunnels and 14 bridges of 2.4 kilometers. Thanks to this road, the tender cost of which is 711 million liras, 2.6 billion liras in current figures, the travel time on the route will be reduced by 35 minutes. This is befitting for Malatya. What should we do with long roads in a shorter time? We said, "Let's shorten them." Likewise, we are opening Battalgazi Junction and road and Hanım Çiftliği Bridge today. We are also officially inaugurating the service buildings of our various institutions, especially the 400-person repatriation center of our Migration Administration, and the production base of our Red Crescent." Referring to the completed TOKİ houses in Malatya, President Erdoğan stated that they will inaugurate 3 thousand 482 houses and a village house with a stable in Battalgazi, Pötürge, Kale, Doğanyol, Yeşilyurt and Yazıhan districts and added that the investment cost has reached 1 billion 94 million liras.
